Terms of service

By using unbeleevable.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Unbeleevable is operated by Juan Llanos & Associates, LLC ("we," "us").

  1. Who can buy. You must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you. Orders must ship to a US address. Age guidance on a product (for example, 14+) tells you who should use it, not who can buy it.
  2. Products and pictures. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from photos. Some items are made and shipped by our partner brands and fulfillment partners.
  3. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Our confirmation email means we received your order; we accept it when it ships. If we list a product at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  4. Shipping, returns, and refunds. These follow our Shipping policy and our Refund and return policy, which are part of these terms.
  5. Using our site. Don't misuse the site, copy its content for commercial use, or attempt fraud. We may cancel orders or close accounts that do.
  6. Product use. Use products as intended and follow any instructions or age guidance included. Supervise children with small or battery-powered items.
  7. Our responsibility. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. This limit doesn't apply to personal injury or to anything the law doesn't allow us to limit. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
  8. Privacy. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy policy.
  9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away protections you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.
  10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
