Shipping policy
We ship to the United States only. Each product page tells you how long that item takes to reach you.

- Processing: orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. The delivery times above include this processing time. If we can't ship your order within the time shown, we'll email you and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Mixed orders: items may ship separately from different partners and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.
- Tracking: we email you a tracking link as soon as each package ships.
- Holiday orders: for gifts that must arrive by December 25, order items marked "Arrives in about 9–14 business days" by November 30, and US-shipped items by December 8.
- Lost or late packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full (see our Refund and return policy).
- Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
